In their own words
GymManage Pro
GymManage Pro is a gym CRM and retention platform for tracking clients, session packages, renewals, and follow-ups. Client profiles can hold session history, notes, goals, and payment status. Package tracking records used and remaining sessions, expiry, and payment status, with Stripe payment links supported. Starter includes renewal alerts, CSV import from spreadsheets or Mindbody, and full data export. Studio adds automation sequences for renewal warnings, win-backs, and onboarding, plus a lead pipeline from discovery to enrollment, retention insight, and analytics. The product runs on Android, iOS, and web, and lists attendance reports and multi-location support. It is positioned for solo trainers, boutique studios, small gyms, and online coaches; workout programming is left to specialist apps. Plans are monthly, cancellable in one click, and have no per-seat fees. Starter costs $29 a month and Studio $79 a month. A 14-day trial is listed, but no free plan.
GymPoint
GymPoint brings gym billing, scheduling, check-in, point of sale, waivers, and member access together in a web platform with Android and iOS apps. Staff profiles can include contact information, membership status, billing and check-in history, and private notes. Scheduling supports recurring templates, capacity limits, waitlists, member bookings, and trial-class bookings that create leads. GymPoint Payments handles tap, chip, swipe, and contactless payments, with inventory tools; the maker says raw card data is handled by third-party processors rather than gym servers. Pulse AI offers lead scoring, churn prediction, failed-payment recovery, and weekly business digests. The free plan includes core tools and unlimited members, but requires GymPoint Payments as the processor. Growth is $149 a month and Pro is $249 a month; annual billing saves 20% on paid plans. A seven-day trial is listed. It also provides a public REST API, outbound Zapier-compatible webhooks, named integrations, and embeddable schedule and signup widgets.
