In their own words
Halaxy
Halaxy is web-based practice management software for healthcare practices, combining scheduling, patient management, clinical invoicing and financial reporting. Its free core platform includes a calendar, online bookings, email reminders, patient records, clinical notes, invoicing and financial reports. The calendar accommodates recurring, group, telehealth and home-visit appointments, with automated SMS or email reminders. Built-in video and phone consultations can be used alongside connections to external services such as Zoom and Coviu. Halaxy says it is designed for more than 90 healthcare professions and practices of different sizes. Listed integrations include accounting, healthcare and communications tools, and an API lets developers connect software and send or retrieve practice data. Halaxy describes daily backups, encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication, configurable access levels, action history and anonymisation. It says telehealth audio and video are encrypted in transit to AES 256-bit standards and are not recorded or routed through Halaxy servers. The core platform is free; optional add-ons use credits, and subscription features start at 25 credits per month.
