In their own words
Hamlet
Hamlet is a flexible-space management platform for operators, landlords and developers, bringing billing, bookings, member experience and reporting together. It supports coworking, serviced and flexible offices, shared kitchens, health spaces, coliving, co-warehousing, storage and parking. Members and guests can book rooms, desks and other resources against live availability; guests can book and pay without an account. Billing automation covers recurring charges, payment collection, receipts, retries for failed payments and overdue reminders, with Xero sync. Members can use the portal and iOS or Android app for bookings, invoices, check-in, community features, direct messages and push notifications. Reports cover utilisation, revenue and debtors by site and across portfolios, with scheduled email delivery and CSV export. Listed integrations include Xero, Stripe, Worldpay, Google Calendar, SendGrid, Slack, Jotform and Gravity Forms. Plans are priced by location and include unlimited members, subject to fair use for an unusually large single site. Hamlet Base costs A$350 a month for one location; Hamlet Plus costs A$595 a month for two locations, with additional sites at A$250/month. Prices exclude GST, and both plans are billed monthly with cancellation on 30 days’ notice. Enterprise is quoted. Every plan includes support, self-led setup and a free simple migration. Hamlet states 99.5% monthly availability; contractual SLAs are available on Enterprise plans. It says it does not currently hold SOC 2 attestation or ISO 27001 certification and does not operate a 24/7 SOC.
