Members and guests can book rooms, desks and other resources against live availability; guests can book and pay without an account. Billing automation covers recurring charges, payment collection, receipts, retries for failed payments and overdue reminders, with Xero sync. Members can use the portal and iOS or Android app for bookings, invoices, check-in, community features, direct messages and push notifications. Reports cover utilisation, revenue and debtors by site and across portfolios, with scheduled email delivery and CSV export. Plans are priced by location and include unlimited members, subject to fair use for an unusually large single site.
