In their own words
Happy Waiver
Happy Waiver is a digital waiver and document-signing platform for businesses, available on web, Android, and iOS, with API access. Waivers can be made with a drag-and-drop editor, imported from PDF, started from a template, or generated as editable documents with AI. Businesses can share them by QR code, email, direct link, or website embed. The platform captures electronic signatures and supports customer check-in; an adult can sign for a minor. Signed submissions are searchable in the dashboard and can be downloaded or exported. It connects to more than 7,000 apps through Zapier and supports webhooks, whose payloads use HMAC-SHA256 signatures with failed deliveries retried up to three times. Documentation describes encryption in transit and at rest, MFA, and retention of signed waivers while an account is active. The first 100 signatures are free without a credit card. A free plan and trial are listed, and paid plans start at $5/mo; the Cent tier is $5 a month. Other tiers have varying submission and team-member limits.
Survtapp
Survtapp collects waivers, surveys, checklists, and event leads on iOS and Android, including when devices are offline. Responses, signatures, and photos are queued locally and sync when connectivity returns. Its form builder offers 22 question types, templates, signatures, photos, voice notes, and conditional logic. Kiosk mode can lock an iPad or Android tablet to one form. Survey responses can be exported as CSV, XLSX, JSON, or PDF. Native integrations are listed for SendGrid, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Constant Contact; webhooks use HMAC-SHA256 signatures, and REST API keys are available on paid plans. The maker says database and file storage are hosted in AWS Canada’s Montréal region and that the service aligns with PIPEDA and GDPR. The free plan costs nothing forever and includes 3 users, 100 responses per month, 5 MB storage, 2 kiosk devices, 3 forms, and 120-day retention. Paid plans start with Solo at $19 a month; higher plans add capacity, retention, integrations, or support.
