Stillpoint says clinical data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, and that it does not sell client data. Its privacy policy says Clio conversations are not used to train models and that Clio cannot access clinical notes, session content, or intake responses. The free plan is limited to one practitioner, two services, and eight appointments per month; Just Me costs $19.99 a month, billed month to month.
