Inventorai

Inventorai is a letting toolkit for inspections, maintenance, portfolio management, portals, referencing, and rent. Its Vision AI generates inspection descriptions from uploaded photos, and it supports move-in, move-out, periodic, vacant, pre-tenancy, landlord-only, and between-tenancy inspections. Native iPhone and Android apps can work offline and sync when reconnected. The system produces branded PDF reports and provides tenant and landlord portals with browser access through magic links. Live integrations include GetAddress.io, Canopy, and TrueLayer; Fixflo and Xero are listed as coming soon. Developers can use REST API access, real-time webhooks, and official PHP and TypeScript SDKs. Inventorai says it uses data centres in the EU and UK, encrypts stored data with AES-256, and provides geo-redundant file storage and database point-in-time recovery. Administrators can require two-factor authentication using an authenticator app. The base platform is listed at £29 a month, with prices excluding VAT; a 30-day trial is also listed. The service says it is launching soon and accepting registrations of interest for early access and launch pricing.
