Volgistics
Volgistics is an online volunteer management platform for organizations tracking people from recruiting and onboarding through scheduling, service, compliance, and archiving. Volunteer records can store contact details, skills, tasks, and service hours. Online application forms collect applicant information into the system; organizations can link or embed forms, a volunteer portal, and a public opportunity directory on their own websites. Scheduling and customizable reports cover volunteer assignments, hours, and other information. The optional VicNet portal lets volunteers manage their information, schedules, and service on the web or through Android and iOS apps. Optional VicTouch provides an on-site time clock, and VicDocs stores electronic documents on volunteer records. The platform supports email and text messaging, although text messaging requires an account service level that includes VicNet. It integrates with Verified First to initiate volunteer background screenings from an account through a browser extension. Base service starts at $9 a month for up to 50 active records and two System Operators; the total varies with records, operators, and optional modules. Volgistics advertises free, unlimited support, with weekday and weekend response hours specified.
