Re:amaze
Re:amaze combines customer service, chat, and helpdesk tools for online businesses. It brings email, live chat, social media, mobile SMS, VoIP, video calls, and push-notification conversations into one helpdesk. AI features include suggested replies, conversation summaries, sentiment analysis, FAQ suggestions, and a beta AI Agent. Workflow macros, custom triggers, and chatbots can automate common tasks. A live dashboard can show browsing activity, shopping data, and geolocation; teams can add profile data through third-party apps or an SDK. The FAQ can be branded and published on a chosen domain, embedded on a website, or displayed in chat. Listed integrations include Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, Stripe, Slack, Jira, Aircall, Pipedrive, Zapier, JustCall, and RingCentral. iOS and Android apps support push notifications for direct customer messaging. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and includes Plus plan features. Paid plans include Basic at $29 a month, Pro at $49 a month, and Plus at $69 a month, each billed monthly. Re:amaze is based in San Jose, California, and was founded in 2012.
