Scheduling includes recurring appointments, waitlists, room and resource booking, and online patient self-scheduling. Billing tools handle electronic claims, ERA auto-posting, denial management, eligibility checks, and accounts receivable tracking. Clinical documentation includes SOAP note templates, treatment plans, evaluation forms, digital signatures, and specialty-specific templates. Telehealth supports video sessions, screen sharing, a virtual waiting room, and scheduling integration. TherapyPM lists HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 Type II, access controls by role, audit trails, encryption, a Business Associate Agreement, and two-factor authentication.
