In their own words
Hibox for Nonprofits
Hibox for Nonprofits is program management software for youth-serving organizations, social services, and community programs. It helps teams track participants, measure outcomes, and communicate with families. Its client tracking covers enrollment, attendance, participant progress, program completion, outcomes, and goals. Staff can use registration, intake, evaluation, and consent forms, schedule sessions, and record attendance. The communication center supports automated email and text messages, reminders, broadcasts, individual messages, and communication history. Incident reporting lets staff categorize events, attach documentation and witness statements, notify supervisors, and create reports for compliance and board review. The product page claims HIPAA and FERPA compliance and lists encryption, access controls, audit logs, backups, disaster recovery, and secure hosting. Hibox says personal data is encrypted, stored on servers in the United States or Europe, and not sold or redistributed. It runs on web, iOS, and Android. Monthly plans include Starter at $99.00 USD and Pro at $299.00 USD; All-in-One bundles start at $199 a month. There is a 14-day trial and no free plan.
