Hili Billing
Hili Billing keeps estimates, owner approvals, vendor invoices, and payment approval together on a maintenance work order. Vendors post estimates and invoices, while property teams review them against the work performed. Owners can approve or decline through a private link without an account or login. The system records who posted or changed billing information and who approved it, preserving a history that cannot be overwritten. Human review remains required: the Assistant may flag mismatches but does not approve or pay bills by default. Starter is free for light use and includes the full product, with no integrations listed. Pro costs $29 a month and adds property-management and field-service integrations plus Zapier automations. Business costs $399 a month and includes integrations, assisted onboarding, and priority support. Enterprise uses custom pricing, onboarding, and terms. Hili says the web product is invitation-only during private beta, with no free trial.
SRVO
SRVO is a CMMS for organizing maintenance operations, bringing work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, inspections, vendors, and reporting into one system. Work orders can include status, priority, assignment, mentions, checklists, photos, time, parts, and an activity timeline. Recurring preventive-maintenance schedules create work orders automatically, and AI can suggest asset plans, clean up requests, estimate repair cost and severity from photos, scan receipts and nameplates, and fill asset specifications. An optional Property Management add-on covers tenants, leases, rent roll, owner statements, finance, and portals. SRVO is intended for property managers, facilities teams, field-service trades, schools, and nonprofits. It is available on Android, iOS, and web; the installable mobile app includes field tools such as directions, photo capture, and clock-in. The free Maintain plan is free and covers one site, 15 assets, and two users. Plus costs C$49 a month and Pro costs C$129 a month.
