In their own words
Hireable
Hireable combines asynchronous candidate assessments, a virtual recruiter and live AI interviews in one platform. Its recruiter products include Hireable Assess, Maya, Riley and a multi-agent panel. Assess supports AI-generated questions, SQL, Python and PySpark code execution, voice and video responses, evidence-cited scoring and integrity signals. Riley conducts adaptive interviews with follow-up questions and produces rubric-based recaps citing evidence. The panel supports up to five personas with separate voices and rubrics, then produces a consolidated recap with disagreement flags. Candidate tools include mock interviews, résumé and cover-letter tools, LinkedIn optimization, certifications and browser coding sandboxes. Maya handles intake and scheduling over Gmail and SMS; Slack notifications and webhooks are also supported. Scorecards write back to Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby; Bullhorn, JobDiva and Avionté integrations are shipped per customer. Recruiter recordings, transcripts and related data are retained by default for 90 days, configurable per tenant. The free candidate tier includes three mock interviews per month. Recruiter plans start at $199 a month for Starter, which includes 50 completed assessments per month.
Puck
Puck is talent acquisition software for attracting applicants, screening candidates, and managing hiring workflows. Its AI Recruiter conducts on-demand phone interviews around the clock and supplies recordings, transcripts, and candidate scores. Candidates start from an SMS link without an app or camera, choose their timing, and can interview in more than 33 languages. Puck says people, not its AI, decide which candidates advance. Employer-branding tools include career sites, job pages, employee audio stories, passive outreach, and branded content. Talent CRM supports candidate relationships and automated outreach or follow-up. Lightweight ATS features cover job posting, candidate review, applicant stages, and collaboration with hiring managers. Listed integrations include Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, JazzHR, Comeet, PCRecruiter, and Applicant Pro. Plans bill yearly: Starter is $300 a month, Standard $600 a month, Pro $1,000 a month, and Enterprise has no listed price. Standard includes 200 AI Recruiter interviews monthly and Pro 500; extra interviews cost 3 USD each. The site displays a SOC 2 badge, and recordings are usually retained about two years.
