Rentificial
Rentificial is rental operations software for managing reservations, contracts, maintenance, finances and fleets. It supports bike, scooter and e-mobility, caravan, car and general equipment rentals, with asset models configurable for each sector. A guided reservation process checks live availability, applies extras or discounts, and adds bookings to the fleet calendar. Operators can assign or swap assets, start or extend rentals, follow payments and refunds, and produce PDF agreements. Maintenance tools schedule service, log costs, send due-soon reminders and preserve each asset’s service history. All plans include a mobile app for field pickups and returns; browser access needs no installation or maintenance. Higher plans add a branded booking website with design and language options, online booking and payment. Payments use the operator’s provider and go to the operator’s account. The free Freemium plan includes 10 assets and one user. Standard is $24.99 per month (annual). Multi-location management is on Premium and Enterprise; the REST API is available on Enterprise.
