In their own words

Hively

Hively collects customer and employee feedback through rating smileys in email signatures and direct feedback requests. Customers can rate a team member with one click, then optionally add a comment or more detail. Ratings contribute points to individual happiness scores and an overall team score. Hively provides rating alerts, email summaries, reporting, customer happiness trends, and a team leaderboard; its Buzz feature lets teams recognize top performers. The product is aimed at teams whose members interact with customers, including support, account management, training, and sales. Rating snippets work with email clients and CRM or ticket systems that accept HTML, with Outlook, Gmail, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Help Scout among the named examples. Customers can rate from mobile devices, and smartphones can scan Hively QR codes. The Free plan includes unlimited ratings and up to three users. Paid plans are listed at $13 a year billed yearly or $15 a month. The FAQ says only the first smiley click is recorded; a later resubmission on the rating page replaces that earlier rating.

UserJot

UserJot brings feedback management and customer support tools together for web and API use. Teams can collect requests on feedback boards, publish a roadmap and changelog, and place a widget inside their product with feedback, updates, and live chat. Juno answers from a team’s docs and website, then passes unresolved conversations to the team in the same thread; forwarded support email shares an inbox with chats. Requests, votes, statuses, roadmap items, and changelog posts are connected, so teams can update voters when work ships. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients can connect, and the same actions are available through a REST API. Paid plans include Slack integration, though request creation is limited to admins and owners and notifications are read-only. The free plan is free and includes two boards and three admin roles. Starter costs $29 a month; Professional costs $59 a month. Live chat and Juno are in beta and not included in plan prices.
