hoito is a web-based practice management platform for UK therapists, with tools for client records, session notes, scheduling, payments, video sessions, and directory listings. Appointments can be online or in person, recurring, and rescheduled by drag-and-drop; therapists can set cancellation windows. Records support SOAP or summary notes and custom intake forms, with a mobile-friendly therapist workflow. The client portal shows upcoming sessions and details, sends email reminders, and applies the therapist's cancellation and rescheduling policy. Therapists connect their own Stripe accounts for direct payouts; hoito says it takes no commission on clinical revenue. Paid therapist plans include unlimited one-to-one video sessions that do not require app downloads. Calendar sync supports Google and Outlook. A clinical will feature includes executor nomination, client notifications, and a secure portal for records and downloadable summaries.
