Hostaway is a vacation-rental property management system and channel manager for growing property managers. It distributes listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Google, while a multi-calendar, unified inbox, task management, payments, reporting, and accounting tools support daily operations. The inbox combines messages from those booking channels with email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Templates, automated messaging, and AI Replies can draft answers to common questions and send responses on a user’s behalf. Other listed features include dynamic pricing, a direct booking engine, guest and owner portals, automated reviews, and maintenance management. Hostaway says it offers more than 300 integrations and an Open API for custom connections. Its iOS and Android apps manage calendars, inboxes, reservations, and tasks; web and API access are also listed. Current iOS app updates require iOS 16.4 or later, and Huawei devices are not fully supported. Hostaway advertises 24/7 phone support and a Help Center. Public pricing directs visitors to request pricing.

Little Hotelier is an all-in-one property management platform designed for small accommodation properties. Its tools include a calendar, channel manager, direct booking engine, reporting, guest communications, website builder, payments, property accounting and mobile app. The pricing FAQ says it specializes in properties with 1–30 rooms, and the site says it connects to more than 450 booking channels. The service is available on the web and through iOS and Android apps. From the mobile app, users can update pricing, manage reservations and check guests in or out. An app store connects customers with third-party services for guest communication, review management, contactless check-ins and marketing; Little Hotelier does not charge to connect apps through SiteMinder Hotel Exchange, though providers set their own prices. Little Hotelier Payments describes its processing as PCI-DSS compliant. A 30-day free trial provides access to the full product. Basics is for properties with 10 rooms or fewer and up to five channels; Pro is for over 10 rooms and 400+ channels. Flex has a variable monthly charge and a 1% booking fee.
