Houfy is a vacation-rental marketplace with a website builder for hosts who want direct bookings. A host can describe a property or supply an Airbnb or VRBO link, and Houfy AI prepares a customizable site with pages, text, photos, and a booking flow. Sites support custom domains and include an availability calendar, payments, guest messaging, and reviews. Houfy says it charges hosts 0% commission on direct bookings; bookings through certain PMS integrations add a 5% API connection fee paid by the guest in a separate checkout transaction. Hosts can accept payments through their Stripe, Square, or PayPal accounts. Houfy lists 15 integrations across property management, channel management, pricing, automation, protection, and Google tools. The Free plan is free, with a one-time $5.99 host verification fee per account to appear in Houfy search.
