In their own words
HqO
HqO’s REX Platform helps commercial real estate operators manage and assess experiences across physical properties. Experience Manager provides a central console for end-user experiences and workflows across properties, while HqO Intelligence analyzes workplace sentiment and engagement, including trends, expectations gaps, and competitive insights. REX is organized into Intelligence, Operations, Leasing, Experience, Tenant, and Vendor suites. Their functions include portfolio analytics, building systems, leasing workflows, tenant events and services, and vendor selection and onboarding. A Marketplace gives customers access to service and amenity partners. Listed integrations include Yardi Bluepoint, Building Engines Prism, Envoy, Density, Google Maps, Mindbody, StripeConnect, and Outlook Calendar. Tenants can access the app on iOS and Android, registering with a work email or their organization’s SSO. Programmatic API and SDK integrations require an Enterprise Development engagement and feasibility assessment. HqO says it is ISO 27001:2022 certified, with a SOC 2 Type II report available upon request, and states that stored data is encrypted with AES-256 and transmitted data with TLS 1.2 or higher. Pricing is on request.
SubDoc
SubDoc is a web portal for tracking contractor certificates of insurance and business licenses in vendor compliance workflows. Its AI reads uploaded certificates to extract policy numbers, carriers, dates, and coverage limits, then fills review fields. Vendors and brokers can submit documents through secure links without accounts or vendor fees. Teams can preview PDFs, compare uploaded limits with requirements, and approve, reject, or issue reasoned waivers. SubDoc tracks document expirations and sends renewal reminders; policy dates can also sync to Google Calendar across workspaces. Pro and Advanced include QuickBooks and Sage accounting exports, webhooks, and Zapier integration. Those plans can also flag invoices for payment holds when a policy has expired or an endorsement is missing. The free Starter plan is free and allows three tracked vendors, one workspace, one team seat, one project, five invoices per month, and 100 MB of storage. Pro is listed at $14 a month for the first three months, then $20 a month. SubDoc says documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and data in transit uses TLS 1.3.
