Humanly Intelligent CV Screening
Humanly Intelligent CV Screening is a web-based part of a set of eleven HR co-pilots that create hiring documents from job adverts through onboarding, probation review, and career path planning in Arabic and English. Smart Shortlist scores up to 25 CVs per run using weights chosen by the user, quotes the CV evidence behind each score, and identifies missing criteria. The system cannot shortlist, reject, or hire anyone; decisions affecting a person remain with a human.
The free Explorer plan allows up to 10 CVs per screening run, with one run of every other co-pilot and no storage. Pro costs $129 a month billed monthly and includes all eleven co-pilots, Talent Vault, up to 25 CVs per screening run, and 5 GB of storage. Generated documents can be exported to Word or PDF; Pro adds Excel export with the user's logo. The product is designed for MENA HR teams, especially companies where one person handles hiring and there are no existing systems to integrate. Data is processed and stored in the United States, with no regional data residency option currently offered.
