In-Form
In-Form is a case management system built around client relationships for non-profit organisations. It records client interactions, casework actions, assessments, and progress, serving homelessness and housing organisations as well as services for families, mental health, addiction, employment, refugees, and veterans. Its Housing product covers portfolios, compliance, tenant services, occupancy, rent, repairs, maintenance, assets, and safety checks. The cloud-hosted system runs on Salesforce and is accessed through a browser on any device. Reporting varies by edition: Community includes standard reports and dashboards, while Essential includes over 200 reports and dashboards. Enterprise supports bespoke recording and reporting, tailored user access, and automated processes. The maker lists integrations including Outlook, Conga, SMS Magic, Power BI, Einstein, and FormAssembly for Enterprise; these may involve additional costs.
