Accounting includes a general ledger, receivables and payables, automated bank reconciliation, cheque printing, and financial statements. Condo operations handle owners, maintenance fees, special assessments, boards, violations, and incidents. Community portals provide owner ledgers, profiles, documents, and emergency contacts. The maker lists more than 1,000 automated reports, graphs, and notices, with exports to Word, Excel, PDF, and other formats. SiteLink is a web-based, mobile-ready module.
