IntervAI automates early-stage hiring screening with AI interviews, resume evaluation, language assessments and workflow automation. Its screening system reviews qualifications, experience and cultural-fit indicators across applications. Candidates complete asynchronous, role-tailored voice interviews, while the Evaluator Agent reports on technical skills, soft skills, cultural fit and growth potential. The platform flags response inconsistencies, possible outside assistance and suspicious behavior patterns. Supported languages are English, German, French, Spanish, Turkish and Arabic. IntervAI connects with more than 250 ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and BambooHR. Microsoft Teams receives candidate updates and notifications; Google Calendar handles scheduling and availability sync. API and webhook integrations support custom setups. Tellability
Tellability is an AI-powered hiring platform for recruiters and hiring teams, with tools for candidate profiles, sourcing, and screening. Its assistant Tess has a 15-minute conversation with each candidate and provides recruiters with a two-minute summary. Recruiters can upload PDF or DOCX resumes in bulk and receive scores from 0 to 100 against job requirements, then invite selected candidates to chat with Tess. Jobs can be created through AI chat, with recruiter-defined questions for Tess to ask. Match scores help prioritize candidates but do not automatically accept or reject them; recruiters make the final decisions. The Free Pilot includes 50 credits per month, three active job postings, and 50 candidate unlocks. Growth costs ₹3,999/ month and includes 150 monthly credits and up to 10 active postings. Enterprise costs ₹12,999/ month+ and includes custom credits, unlimited job postings and matched candidates, API access, and team seats. Paid plans include a 14-day trial without a credit card.
