Inventory Hive provides property inventory and inspection software for paperless inventories, check-ins, interim visits, check-outs, and risk assessments. Reports can include compliance checklists for England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, photo galleries, maintenance exports, and tenant comments and photo feedback with an audit trail. Occupants can submit feedback and approval through a paperless process. The Android and iOS apps work offline at properties and sync tours later; they also integrate with Ricoh Theta and Insta360 devices for 360° tours and room-tagged images. A free Fixflo integration sends maintenance issues from reports to a Fixflo account, while a RESTful API supports CRM connections and property or tenancy data imports.
