In their own words
IPzen
IPzen is web-based trademark and intellectual property management software focused on trademark portfolios. Its tracking tools cover applications, registration status, renewals, potential infringements, oppositions, litigation, and limitations. Portfolio search can filter records by expiry date, registration number, class, product or service, and geographic area. The service provides trademark legislation from around the world and calculates renewals and affidavits using applicable rules. A domain module handles registration and renewal tracking, technical settings, TLD availability checks, DNS and zone file changes, and Excel exports. Its document library accepts PDF, JPEG, DOC, DOCX, TXT, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, and SMD files, with templates and record organization. An optional invoicing module can generate invoices, tailor client billing profiles, email invoices, and track payments. IPzen says clients receive an encrypted virtual machine, dedicated database and storage, 256-bit SSL communications, and ongoing backups in Paris and Amsterdam; virtual machine backups are archived every 15 minutes and servers monitored 24/7. Plans include €50 a month for 500 files and an additional user. IPzen was founded in 2008 and is based in Paris and London.
Patricia
Patricia is customizable intellectual property management software for corporate IP departments and law firms. Docketing sources and integrations named by the maker include My EPO, EPO e-filing, UPC opt-out, and Spanish Bulletin Data. Patricia Connect saves incoming and outgoing email for processing through the Docketing Station. Extended document management adds previews, version history, offline work with synchronization, and digital signatures. Patricia is listed for Android, iOS, web, Windows, and self-hosted use, with hybrid deployment and API access. Pricing is on request. Patrix announced that it joined Anaqua in April 2026 and said service and investment for Patricia customers would continue.
