In their own words

IT Glue

IT Glue is a structured documentation platform for IT service providers and IT teams. It organizes technical information in a documentation framework and links related records through relationship mapping. Password management provides an integrated vault, immutable audit trail, version control, and rollback. AI-powered automation can capture clicks and keystrokes to create step-by-step standard operating procedures. IT Glue lists more than 60 native integrations across PSA, RMM, BDR, and other platforms, plus a public API for custom integrations. Examples include ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA, Kaseya BMS, ServiceNow, Ninja RMM, and Microsoft 365. iOS and Android apps support password editing and viewing configurations, locations, contacts, and flexible assets. The SaaS product has no on-premises version. Basic costs $29 a month, Select $38 a month, and Enterprise $44 a month per user on a 36-month term; each listed plan requires five users and a one-time onboarding fee.

ITFlow

ITFlow is a free, open-source platform for client IT documentation, ticketing, and billing, aimed at small managed service providers. It stores client details such as contacts, locations, vendors, computer assets, software licences, domains, and documents. Teams can create, prioritize, and track support tickets. Billing tools include recurring invoices, quotes, automated reminders, and client payments through Stripe. Other listed modules cover accounting, bulk email, calendars, lead management, a client portal, and a password manager. The version 1 API includes modules such as assets, clients, contacts, credentials, documents, invoices, and tickets, although some operations are partial or unavailable. Documentation lists Ollama, OpenAI, and LocalAI integrations for ticket rewording and summaries. Login passwords are encrypted at rest using AES 128-bit encryption, and the documentation advises backing up the master key. ITFlow is self-hosted: Debian is the recommended installation method, with manual Debian, HestiaCP, and community-supported Docker options also documented. Windows installation is unsupported. Hosting and sponsor support are paid services.
