In their own words
ITOC360
ITOC360 is an incident orchestration platform that correlates alerts, sends them to the right engineers, escalates them when needed, and tracks incidents through resolution. Its machine-learning alert grouping uses labels, resources, and timestamps to combine related notifications. Teams can set timezone-aware on-call rotations, holiday overrides, and backup schedules, then notify responders by voice call, SMS, push alert, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or custom webhook. Responders can acknowledge, escalate, reassign, or resolve incidents in chat, with activity collected in a timeline, or handle alerts from the iOS and Android apps. The integrations directory lists 59 options, including Prometheus, Datadog, Jira, and ServiceNow. Schedules, escalation policies, integrations, and routing rules can be imported from Opsgenie or PagerDuty exports with migration assistance. A free plan is available; paid plans start at $12/user/mo. Free includes one user, 50 SMS and five voice calls monthly, one monitoring source, and seven-day data retention. Premium includes a written 99.99% uptime SLA.

PagerDuty manages incidents from detection through resolution using automation and real-time collaboration. Its AIOps tools are described as reducing alerts, automating repetitive tasks, and accelerating resolution, while PagerDuty Automation standardizes workflows across people, tools, and systems. Its iOS and Android apps support incident response, schedules and overrides, incident context, and automated response tasks, but require a PagerDuty account. The free Incident Management plan covers up to five users, one on-call schedule, and one escalation policy. Paid incident management starts at $21 per user per month with annual billing, and a 14-day trial is listed. PagerDuty says it serves developers, reliability engineers, customer success, security, and C-suite teams. It reports SOC 2 Type II examinations and ISO 27001 certification for its services.
