Jatheon Cloud is a cloud platform for archiving communications data, supporting compliance work, audits and eDiscovery. It captures email, social media, text messages, collaboration tools and websites. Its AI capabilities include classification, transcription, review workflows, sentiment analysis, search and risk detection. eDiscovery tools include legal hold, redaction, audit trails, cases, OCR and exports to PST, EML, PDF, CSV and HTML; search supports Boolean, wildcard, proximity and fuzzy operators. Email sources include Gmail, Microsoft Exchange, HCL Notes, GroupWise and Bloomberg. Collaboration integrations include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint. The platform supports requirements associated with HIPAA, GDPR, FOIA, FERPA, SEC 17a-4, FINRA, SOX, GLBA and CCPA. Security measures include encryption in transit and at rest, single sign-on, two-factor authentication, geofencing and multi-zone redundancy on AWS.
