Join It is membership management software for organizations handling member records, payments, renewals, events, communications, and engagement. Members can manage profiles, contact details, and membership status in a self-service portal. The service supports online and offline payments, recurring billing, renewal reminders, and failed-payment notifications. Digital membership cards can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; QR codes and manual search support event check-in. More than 25 integrations are listed, including Stripe, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Zapier. Zapier, API access, webhooks, and Google Analytics require the Total plan or higher. Monthly plans include Starter at $29 a month, Total at $99 a month, and Extra at $199 a month; Enterprise has no listed price. Online transaction service fees vary by plan from 1.5%-3%, with Stripe processing fees charged separately. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card. Clients book through a shareable link, choose an eligible service and team member, and manage permitted changes in their account. Merchants can secure bookings with a Stripe card without charging immediately, then charge the saved card or record cash on the appointment day. Online card payments carry a 3% fee with a minimum of £0.50 per payment; cash has no card-processing fee.
