Just Invoice
Just Invoice is a bilingual invoicing app for Canadian freelancers and small businesses. It creates invoices and estimates, handles provincial taxes and exports PDFs in English or French. Tax options include GST, HST, QST, PST and other provincial taxes configured by province and registration. The Free Account allows two invoices per month, saved business details, clients and products, PDF export and estimates. A no-account generator can make unlimited invoice PDFs, but business details, clients and line items must be entered again each time. Premium costs C$8 a month and adds unlimited invoices, email invoices, a custom logo, invoice links and credit card payments. Premium payments use Stripe Connect, with funds paid directly to the user's bank account; the listed Canadian processing rate is 2.9% + 0.30 CAD. Eligible new customers can receive a 30-day trial with a payment card required up front, and may cancel without a subscription charge. The maker says the product is not built for full accounting, bank reconciliation, inventory or corporate tax filing. iPhone and Android apps are in private beta with early access requests.
