Questback Employee Experience

Questback Employee Experience collects and analyses employee feedback to help organisations address engagement, retention and workplace culture. It offers ready-made survey templates that can be adapted to an organisation’s needs, as well as pulse surveys for recurring feedback on sentiment, engagement and wellbeing. Its analytics are described as using generative AI to show patterns and trends in real time. The Public API can manage surveys, send invitations and retrieve responses for use with apps, CRMs, analytics tools and data pipelines; access uses OAuth 2.0 with a client ID and client secret. Questback says it is GDPR-compliant and stores data in ISO-certified data centres in Germany. Listed controls include encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs, SAML 2.0, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. The service is available via web and API, with engagement surveys, anonymous responses, action planning and benchmarking listed. Pricing is available on request, and a 14-day trial is offered for companies, not private or individual users.
