In their own words
Kneadly
Kneadly is a web-based practice management platform for massage therapists and wellness professionals. Clients can book through a personal link that shows real-time availability, and digital intake forms collect health history, preferences, and consent before appointments. Therapists can create structured SOAP notes and review or edit AI-generated drafts. The platform also supports treatment room scheduling, client history, packages, memberships, Stripe-powered payments and deposits, appointment reminders, follow-ups, rebooking nudges, and automated review requests. Google Calendar sync is optional and can read free/busy availability and create, update, or delete Kneadly events; optional Outlook sync sends events one way from Kneadly to Outlook. Kneadly says it uses HTTPS/TLS, does not store full payment card data, and does not sell personal data. Its pricing lists a free plan for up to 25 clients and one therapist account. Pro is $19 a month at founding-member pricing, with a stated regular price of $29/mo; Team is $35 a month at founding-member pricing, regularly $49/mo.
