The customer database records spend history, vehicles, visit frequency and revenue, with marketing analytics and automated retention outreach. Communication features include two-way SMS, text marketing, live web chat, online booking and a loyalty program. AI Call Insights scores recorded shop calls and identifies customer-demand insights and trends. KUKUI says call data is not used to train AI models, and customers can request deletion of stored transcripts and scores. Listed integrations include POS/SMS, review services, My Garage and Shop-Ware; the latter surfaces marketing metrics and tools in the KUKUI dashboard. Pro and Pro+ pricing is available on request.
