Scheduling includes recurring services, daily job lists, weather-aware rescheduling, and route optimization. It creates PDF invoices and estimates, captures signatures, tracks payments, and sends automated overdue reminders. Clients can pay through Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo from a branded invoice portal. LawnBook says its features work offline and business records stay on the device. Optional iCloud sync is off by default, and Google Drive backup is also listed. The Pro plan includes QuickBooks and Xero exports; importing clients from those services is supported. The Free plan is $0.00, billed forever, and allows up to 15 clients with basic invoicing and estimates, scheduling, expense tracking, time and mileage tracking, and backup. Pro costs $9.99 per month and includes unlimited clients and jobs, AI briefing, invoicing and reports, a tax center, and accounting exports. The app is listed for Android, iOS, and macOS; mobile access is listed for iOS.

The Team App provides real-time job updates, GPS tracking, job management, chemical tracking, and before-and-after photos on iOS and Android. A FleetSharp integration can show vehicle and driver locations and provide driving behavior reports and alerts. Service Autopilot describes two-way sync with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, while its pricing page lists QuickBooks integration under Elite; the selected QuickBooks platform cannot be changed after the initial integration.
