LOFT
LOFT is a resident experience app covering tasks from applying for a rental to managing life in a community. Applicants can submit applications, sign leases, follow progress, and upload documents with AI-guided tools. Move-in features include checklists, utility and internet setup through integrated providers, and service offers. Residents can receive community updates, reserve amenities, and submit maintenance requests. Rent payments use a digital wallet that supports check image capture and payment splitting. Residents earn points for online rent payments and can redeem them in LOFT’s marketplace; property managers are offered installment options of up to four payments. Integrated services include Livble flexible payments and RealCoverage renter’s insurance. LOFT Extras lists rent reporting to all three major credit bureaus and deposit alternatives, which may involve additional fees and are not automatically included. The app is available on Android, iOS, and the web. The resident plan is free, but registration requires the property manager to have registered the community. LOFT is developed by RealPage, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas.
