PlaytestCloud helps video game studios, publishers, and accelerators collect player feedback. It recruits target players, records gameplay, and analyzes results; the company says recordings, transcripts, and AI analysis arrive within 48 hours. Captures can include screens, voices, touch interactions, survey responses, and think-aloud transcripts. First Findings AI identifies themes and sentiment, summarizes findings, and links insights to supporting video clips. Research formats include single-session, moderated, diary study, kids, competitor, and survey playtests. Studios can target players by demographics, location, age, gender, and gaming interests, using custom targeting and screeners for narrower audiences. The platform supports cloud testing for Unity, Unreal Engine, and Defold Engine games on iOS, Android, PC, browser, and Steam. Annual Professional Basic pricing starts at €1,025 a month for Mobile or PC only. A 14-day trial includes two Video Tokens for two players.
