Loopio is a paid web and API platform for teams answering RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, DDQs, security questionnaires, and other customer questions. Teams import and organize questions, then use Loopio to fill answers into documents or web portals. Its Response Intelligence is purpose-built AI trained with more than a decade of response data and best practices. The platform connects with organizational sources such as SharePoint, Google Drive, and websites. Listed integrations include Copilot, Confluence, Glean, OneDrive, Box, Microsoft Azure, Google SSO, and an API for custom integrations. CRM integrations, custom branding, and analytics and reporting are included. Loopio supports SAML 2.0 and Google authentication, including Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure, and ADFS connections. It states that it undergoes annual SOC 2 Type II audits, encrypts data with TLS v1.2 and AES256, hosts data on AWS, and meets GDPR and CCPA standards. A 7-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. RFP.ai says customer content is not used to train AI models and core application storage is primarily hosted in the EU. It retains data for 30 days after account cancellation for export, and says it is not currently independently certified, including for ISO 27001.
