In their own words
Pool Guy
Pool Guy is a mobile and web app for pool service businesses and sole traders to manage customer pools, schedules, chemistry, repairs and billing. It is exclusively for businesses; individual pool owners cannot register or access it. Customer records can contain multiple pools, specifications, service histories, visit logs and photos. Chemical dosage calculators accompany tools for recording water readings, applications and chemistry trends. Businesses can schedule recurring visits, create invoices, track payments and manage repair work orders, parts and profitability; payment processing itself is excluded from billing and revenue tracking. Owner, Admin and Technician roles support team access, and multiple companies can keep subscriptions and data separate. Technicians can record data poolside offline and sync when connectivity returns. The app runs on Android, iOS and web, with requirements including iOS 13 or later, Android 6.0 or later, a modern browser and internet access. New users receive a 30-day free trial that requires payment details and automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled. Subscription tiers set usage limits; exceeding them can restrict features or adding records.
