In their own words

LRS VPSX

LRS VPSX centrally manages enterprise print output and delivers documents from ERP and medical applications to printers and other destinations. It can send output to barcode, thermal, and label printers, as well as email recipients, fax and file servers; if network or hardware problems interrupt delivery, it can reroute output. A single VPSX Enterprise instance can drive thousands of printers from different vendors. Administrators can manage printer fleets through a web-based control interface, while the environment can provide pull printing, print auditing, data loss prevention, scan and print integration, and a help desk control point. Document transforms handle PCL, PDF, PS, AFP, IFF, LCDS, and OTF streams. VPSX supports integrations including Epic, Cerner, SAP S/4HANA and BTP, IBM systems, Dell Processing Environment, ANUBEX, and Soarian. Deployment options include on-premise, hybrid, private cloud, infrastructure as a service, and managed SaaS. Pricing is on request.

PrinterLogic

PrinterLogic manages organizational printing through centrally managed direct IP printing, eliminating print servers. Administrators use one Admin Console to manage printer objects, drivers, profiles and settings, then push deployments without scripting or Group Policy Objects. Its Self-service Portal lets users install printers and drivers without IT support. Secure Release Printing holds jobs until users authenticate and release them at the printer. Print jobs stay local, with confidential data encrypted until it is behind the organization’s firewall. The mobile app supports direct IP printing, scanning, print release and off-network printing on iOS and Android. The agent supports current and previous releases of Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Linux distributions including Red Hat and Ubuntu. The product page lists more than 200 integrations across identity, print, storage, back-office, operating-system and virtual-desktop systems. Pricing is on request, and a 30-day trial is available. Listed usage-based plans cost $109.60 a month for 50-99 print queues and $121.80 a month for 25-49 queues.
