Its drag-and-drop editor, templates, and A/B testing support campaign creation. A visual workflow builder can trigger email journeys using user actions and attributes. Deliverability controls include dedicated and shared IP pools, automated warm-up, authentication setup, reputation and inbox-placement monitoring, bounce handling, and spam score previews. The Email API supports transactional and bulk sending, dynamic templates, webhooks, analytics tracking, attachments, and SDKs.
