Mailfence is an email service with end-to-end encryption and access through the web, iOS and Android. Its free plan provides web access and 1 GB total storage, split between 500 MB for email and 500 MB for documents. Paid plans increase storage and, depending on tier, add aliases, custom domains and mail-client protocols. Base costs €2.50/mo (annual) and includes 11 GB total storage, 5 GB for email and 10 aliases, but no custom domain or POP, IMAP, SMTP or EAS access. Entry costs €3.50/mo (annual), with 40 GB total storage, 10 GB for email, 50 aliases, custom domains and POP, IMAP, SMTP and ActiveSync. Pro costs €9.50 per month and includes 78 GB total storage, up to 100 aliases, custom domains, protocol access and priority support. Ultra costs €29.00 per month, billed monthly, with 225 GB total storage, up to 200 aliases, custom domains, protocol access and priority support. NevTan Mail
NevTan Mail brings custom-domain business email together with calendar, meetings, team administration, tasks, and notes. Its mailbox supports search, scheduled send, snoozing, signatures, filters, and inbox organization. Guided domain setup checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records; the calendar syncs with Google Calendar, and meetings can include Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or other video links. Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and other IMAP/SMTP clients can connect. Imports support Google, Yahoo, and Zoho over IMAP with an app password, but not Microsoft accounts; each import is limited to 500 MB, with only one running at a time. NevTan describes transport and account protections, and its features page claims end-to-end and zero-access encryption for mailbox contents. Plans include a free option with 5 GB per mailbox and up to 10 mailboxes. Annual paid plans are $2 a year for 35 GB, $5 a year for 100 GB, or $12 a year for 250 GB per mailbox; monthly Starter is $1 a month per mailbox with 30 GB.
