The CRM is embedded in Gmail and logs emails, documents, tracking, and engagement by client. Document sharing includes access controls and expiration dates, and signature requests can be sent and tracked from Gmail. The company says it uses Google OpenID/OAuth2 authorization rather than accessing Gmail passwords.
