In their own words
Mailtrack
Mailtrack tracks email opens for Gmail using a pixel and check marks to show delivery and open status. The free plan includes unlimited tracked emails, logs the first open, and provides real-time open alerts plus a daily activity report. It also includes a promotional signature, 100 campaign emails, and link tracking for 10 emails. The Mailtrack plan keeps the 10-email link-tracking limit, while Mailsuite adds unlimited link tracking, details on which people in a group opened a message, scheduling, weekly and monthly reports, tracked PDFs, and priority support. A free Outlook add-in provides unlimited open tracking; Mailsuite also lists a Zapier integration. Mailtrack is available on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, and as an extension. It launched in 2013 and became part of Mailsuite in 2024. Tracking may miss an open if the recipient’s email client blocks images. The service is intended for companies and professionals rather than consumers. Free access is available; paid options include Mailtrack at $35.88 USD yearly and Mailsuite at $119.90 USD yearly.
Right Inbox
Right Inbox adds email productivity tools to Gmail, including tracking, scheduling, mail merge, reminders, templates, GIFs, and inbox pause. Open, reply, and click tracking are available with real-time alerts. Send Later lets users schedule messages, while Sequences can follow up when a recipient does not open or reply. Recurring Emails automate messages on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. Its CRM feature syncs important threads through smart BCC; listed integrations include Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Highrise, Zapier, Greenhouse, SugarCRM, Nutshell, and OnePageCRM. Right Inbox works with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and is offered as an extension, for macOS, and on the web. The free plan is limited to solo use and five emails per month, with mail merge, sequences, and CRM integration excluded. Paid service starts at $7.95/user/mo (annual). The company says it uses Google OpenID/OAuth2 authorization rather than accessing Gmail passwords.
