Mako
Mako is a web-based system for fitness studios that combines member-retention review with customer relationship management. It is aimed at studios such as Pilates, yoga, barre and HIIT businesses. Its Pulse workflow compares recent visits and rebooking activity with a member’s usual pattern, then lets staff assign an internal follow-up. Studios can use Mako records or import compatible attendance data from CSV or Excel exports. The CRM organizes customer records, bookings, classes, memberships, invoices, payments, staff and reporting. Clients can book online, while the calendar shows services, staff availability and reminders. Mako describes Stripe payment processing and two-way Google Calendar synchronization; QuickBooks Online is marked in progress. Where enabled, customers can pay by credit card, debit card or ACH bank transfer through Stripe. Pulse has a free plan, while CRM is paid separately.
