Mapster
Mapster is a web-based product feedback survey platform for creating surveys on websites or inside products, sharing them by link, embed, or widget, and analyzing responses. Its widget can connect responses to a user ID and attributes such as plan, role, or region for segmentation. Templates score NPS, CSAT, CES, and PMF surveys, including the Sean Ellis 40% PMF benchmark. Conditional logic sends respondents to different questions according to their answers. Zapier can connect responses to Slack, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and more than 6,000 apps. Mapster can also send new responses to Slack channels or direct messages in real time. The Free plan costs nothing and includes unlimited surveys with 50 responses per month. Starter costs $19 a month for 1,000 responses; Growth costs $29 a month for 3,000 responses; Pro costs $49 a month with unlimited responses subject to fair use. When a plan reaches its monthly response limit, surveys pause collecting new responses until the cycle resets or the account upgrades.
