Users can map areas of responsibility, teams, projects, and people's roles in nested circles, showing who leads or supports work and who collaborates with whom. The Learning Hub covers creating and editing circles, tags, adding and inviting people, and working with roles. Maps can be shared privately, published at a public URL, or embedded in another website. Users can also link to external documents and resources. Maptio is presented for organisations and coaches; coaches can request an account to map multiple client organisations without a separate subscription for each. Its code is open source and can be examined, used, modified, distributed, and contributed to. The self-hosted option requires users to install and run an instance and handle setup, support, and maintenance. Maya can turn a prompt into a company announcement or kudos post for review before publication. Workmates supports live or replay broadcasts for all-hands meetings, town halls, and training.
