ReviewReply is a paid web service for managing reviews across Google Business Profile locations. It generates responses in a chosen brand voice and can publish them automatically or route them through an approval queue. Users set tone, custom phrases, always-use rules and never-use rules. Analytics track rating trends, response rates, sentiment and location performance over time. Reviews mentioning legal, health or safety issues are flagged for escalation instead of automatic replies. Email or SMS notifications can highlight new reviews, especially one-star reviews. Shipped integrations include Google Business Profile, Yelp import and Facebook import, with API access and webhooks listed as shipped capabilities. Owner, Admin and Reviewer roles support team access, and approvals appear in an audit log. Plans start at $490 a year for Starter, covering 1–3 locations, 100 reviews monthly and one team member. A 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
