Superchat
Superchat combines reputation management with a multichannel customer inbox. It brings reviews from Google, ProvenExpert, Trustpilot and custom links into one place, lets users send invitations through customers’ preferred channels, and provides review links and reminder templates. Monitoring alerts are included. The inbox covers WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, live chat, email and SMS. Integrations are available through direct connections, Zapier, Make and the Superchat API from the Advanced plan onward. Professional includes one AI agent and automations; Advanced includes three AI agents. Superchat offers web, Android, iOS, macOS and Windows access, with mobile apps supporting replies and push notifications. The Free plan is free with one WhatsApp number, one employee access and 30 active contacts. Paid plans start at €89 a month, billed monthly, with a stated 12-month minimum contract.
