The product supports web and mobile platforms, though its documentation describes the mobile app as experimental and limited. New users receive a 14-day trial, but there is no free plan. Startup costs $115 a month for five agents and up to 3,000 MAU; Grow costs $270 a month for ten agents and up to 10,000 MAU.
