Mosaic
Mosaic is an AI-powered platform for project and resource planning, management and forecasting. Its project tools cover portfolios, tasks, dependencies, scope, schedules, notes and templates; resource tools include work planners, workload views, capacity planning and staffing. AI tools suggest projects for available people or people for roles, and provide scenario analysis and forecasts. Reports cover utilization, time and budget variance, role demand, workload, timesheet status and budget tracking. Mosaic lists integrations across calendar, communication, CRM, ERP and financial, HR, project management, spreadsheet and time tracking categories. Other integrations can use its two-way Open API. The service is available on the web and through API access, with companion apps for iOS and Android. Mosaic identifies project-based businesses, including architecture, engineering, consulting and creative services, among its intended customers. A free plan is listed and pricing is on request. The pricing page says additional guests cost $1.99 per month, external project contractors with work plans cost $4.99 per month, and integrations may incur additional charges.
